I'm passionate about helping companies recruit and hire the RIGHT people, where there is the RIGHT fit between the personality, aspirations, and values of the person, and the culture, management style, and values of the company. Too many people today work for companies where this fit is lacking, which results in unsatisfied, less productive employees, and underperforming companies.
I'm combining this passion with my talents as a creative marketer who has defined and launched web applications aimed at improving hiring, sales, marketing, service effectiveness. I am co-founder and recruiter at TalentReef, a startup company developing an on demand social recruiting application that leverages social networks and video to streamline the hiring and interviewing of job candidates.
A recognized expert in sales enablement, I have recruited, hired, and supported high tech sales teams of five to 1,000 reps over the last 20 years. I'm the author of The New Rules of Sales Enablement and co-author of How to Create Killer Sales Playbooks.
I'm a frequent public speaker and blogger on the topics of social media, recruiting, sales enablement, sales and marketing effectiveness, and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS). I also consult with companies, and conducts seminars and workshops to help them apply the practices described in my books.
When not trying to match people with their dream jobs, you’ll find me driving around New England watching my kids play competitive sports and living up to my reputation as a physical fitness fanatic.
